1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Central Decor and Cleaning Limited, located at 11 Blackberry Lane, Sutton Coldfield, England, B74 4JE.
  • "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the person, firm, or organisation booking cleaning services with us.
  • "Service" refers to any cleaning or related services provided by Central Decor and Cleaning Limited.
  • "Agreement" refers to the contract between Central Decor and Cleaning Limited and the Client, governed by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Quotations

All cleaning service bookings are subject to availability. Quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the Client. Any significant discrepancy in information or unforeseen circumstances upon arrival may result in a revised price or rescheduled service.

  • Minimum Booking: A minimum service duration or fee may apply, as specified during the quotation process.
  • Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the size of the property, specific cleaning needs, presence of pets, and any areas requiring special attention.
  • On-Site Assessment: For larger or more complex jobs (e.g., commercial contracts, deep cleans), an initial on-site assessment by our team may be required to provide an accurate quotation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Detailed payment instructions will be provided with your invoice.

  • Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of the service date may incur a late payment fee.
  • Deposits: For certain larger projects or contract services, a deposit may be required upfront, as clearly outlined in the quotation.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service value.
  • No Show: If our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled property and is unable to gain access or perform the service due to client's fault (e.g., incorrect key instructions, no one present), a 100% no-show fee will be charged.

5. Our Obligations (Service Standards, Staff Conduct)

Central Decor and Cleaning Limited commits to providing a high-quality cleaning service using trained and vetted staff. We will:

  • Dispatch experienced and professional cleaning technicians equipped with necessary tools and eco-friendly cleaning detergents.
  • Perform services with reasonable care and skill.
  • Ensure our staff are punctual, courteous, and respectful of your property.
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines.

6. Client Obligations (Access, Safety)

To enable us to provide the best possible service, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Ensure all valuable or fragile items are secured or removed from areas to be cleaned.
  • Inform us of any security systems, pets, or specific access instructions prior to the service.
  • Provide a safe working environment for our staff.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you are not entirely satisfied with a specific aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.

  • Rectification: We will endeavor to address any reasonable concerns and, where appropriate, arrange for a re-clean of the unsatisfactory area at no additional charge.
  • Feedback: We welcome all feedback as it helps us continuously improve our services.

8. Liability

Central Decor and Cleaning Limited maintains public liability insurance. While we take utmost care, our liability for any damage to property arising from our negligence is limited.

  • Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that is not reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Valuables: We recommend securing all high-value items during our service.
